Q. I am an existing customer and my login details don't work?

We have recently undertaken a huge upgrade on our website and If you have purchased from us before (orders predating 21st October 2015) you will need to reset your password to change your password click here

Q. I am an existing customer and I cannot see my order history?

A. We have recently undertaken a huge upgrade on our website and if you have purchased from us before all orders predating 21st October 2015 will not show under your account.  If you would like to know what you ordered from us previously please email sales@blueshire.com, alternatively telephone +44 1530 264835 for assistance.
