How To Measure

Chest
For your chest size place the tape measure loosely under the arms (over the shoulder blades) around the fullest part of the chest.

Waist
Measure around the natural waist keeping the tape measure slightly loose.

Inside Leg
Measure the trousers that fit you well - lay them flat with the front and back creases smooth. Measure along the inseam from crotch to the bottom of the hem.
